Good stuff so easy to make and a lot cheaper too
Very good stuff helps my tummy digest animal protein a lot better than I'm getting older unfortunately I have been making my own from organic apples and coconut sugar also making orange and pineapple vinegar just the same way but obviously from orange peels and pineapple core's and the skins and adding ginger and tumeric for health benefits hope this helps someone all you need is the fruits and sugar and mason jars add 1tsp of sugar for every apple you get into the mason jar same with the orange and pineapple that's what makes it fermented and tasty without consuming the sugar the fruit eats the sugar it takes around a month for it to be actual Apple cider vinegar depending on the heat in your house/Country 😊🙏💓
