I do like that the smell is pleasant and it does help alleviate some frizz. This product will not straighten the hair at all (is the function of the formaldehyde in non-organic products serves a sealant and makes the hair more straight? ). It adds some weight to the hair which I'm guessing is the protein that gets infused into the hair shaft. I use shampoo and conditioner designed for keratin-treated hair which helps to maintain it - it's been three weeks and it's doing well.

MAKES MY HAIR SILKY AND SMOOTH.
THE SMELL IS QUITE STRONG (FLOWERY) BUT IT GOES AWAY OVERNIGHT. RELATIVELY EASY TO USE, AND IT HAS NO FORMALDEHYDE!

Worked very well...IF you know how to use it properly. Hair gets VERY crunchy when you first use it. After first wash though, after a couple days, it's a fantastic Keratin treatment. My hair was straight and soft for months.

Does not work
It did not work at all. The smell is so horrible and my hair was left the same as before. Spent 3 hours on it and no results.
