I just received this scooter and I'm very impressed. I have several of this companies scooters, I've purchased more than 10. They are all very well made and provide great enjoyment. I give them as gifts and everyone loves them. This scooter is the best value out there. It has portability, ease of use, good brakes, excellent speed and range. It's easy store and take for commuting. The customer service and support is fantastic, but I've never had an issue with any of my scooters. This company continues to make improvements and keeps value in mind when pricing. I will soon buy more of this model to use at various locations along with a few for early Christmas shopping. You will not be disappointed with this scooter.

I have the privilege of working in a bustling data center construction site, where parking can be quite a distance away. Thankfully, I have found the perfect solution - a remarkable scooter that not only makes my commute a breeze but also comes equipped with impressive features. My battery on my Leqismart A6L scooter is dead. Leqismart contact customer support is telling me they cannot sell me the replacement battery, because it dangerous to ship the battery. I see Amazon sell replacement batteries for electric scooters and do ship them. So now I cannot repair my scooter, because Leqismart will not sell me a replacement battery to fix my scooter. I only rode my electric scooter 2 times, and the battery stops charging. I will never buy another scooter from Leqismart. Leqismart customer support tells me “Batteries are dangerous goods and we cannot ship them.” How did they ship the Leqismart scooter to my house? The Leqismart scooter has a lithium battery in it. Dah!

All in all this product was not bad. I had a major problem after assembly where the handlebars did not align with the front tire. It took me 2 hrs to make adjustments. Such a pain. Rides smooth, slow up hills.

The first scooter that I received would not start up. I emailed the company, and they responded within 20 minutes! After a few back-and-forth emails, they decided to send me a new one. They said they would send me a return mailing label and once they received the scooter, they would send me a new one. Unfortunately, I missed the email containing the label and I wound up doing a return through Amazon thinking they had forgotten about me. I eventually saw the email (which had come the next day) but I had already received a new scooter. This new one worked perfectly but I wanted to mention the outstanding customer service that I received.Unpacking and assembly is super easy. I recommend following the instructions on the box and putting the handlebars on before removing it from the box, as that is a bit easier. There is only one wire connection to make and three little screws to install and it's ready to go.There is only one button on it, so everything is done through some combination of clicks. By the way, triple click to switch to MPH (I couldn't find that in the instructions).There are three speeds, the slowest is not much faster than walking speed but the fastest goes along at a pretty good clip. I know there are faster scooters out there, but 15 MPH feels pretty fast. Interestingly, the speedometer must be capped at 15 because even when I knew I was going faster downhill, it never went over that.One thing to be aware of is that the wheels are very small, so they don't handle any kind of bumps or holes. You're definitely going to want to avoid those, I nearly wiped out when the front wheel got stuck in a crack between the sidewalk and the road.There is an automatic cruise control which is a really nice feature. After a few seconds at maximum speed, it beeps, and you can let go of the throttle. I do wish this were manual, but it's a small thing.The scooter handles mild grades pretty well but on steeper grades, it slows to a crawl. You can always give it an assist by pushing with a leg though if you want to.The steering handle folds down and clips into the back to make a convenient carrying handle This makes toting a little easier but it's pretty heavy though, so you are probably not going to want to carry it too far. Still, it would be fine for carrying to your desk at work or lifting it into a shopping cart at the store.There is a phone app which provides some additional usability, but I did not make use of this.The scooter tells how many miles are left on the charge when you first turn it on, but I wish this was available while riding. There is a battery level gauge, but remaining miles would be more useful.Charging was reasonably fast; it took about three hours from 1/4 to full.It seems to be constructed well and I found it very easy to use. My wife, grandson and I all had a lot of fun cruising around the neighborhood on it.

I bought this scooter about 3-4 weeks ago. It came so easy to assemble. Just a few screws and a simple put together. I'm obsessed. It's so fun. I try and ride it twice a day around my neighborhood and to 2 parks close to my house. I plan on venturing out further and it folds up for easy take along in the car. It has great lighting for night time. I love the easy to use app that allows you to make sure everything is working well on the scooter. Allows you to turn lights off and on. Keeps track of how far you ride and when you ride. I really can't say enough. I'm actually considering purchasing another one for my husband. I added a basket and phone holder. I recommend reading all the safety info and watching some you tube videos on reviews of this scooter.

I bought this e scooter for my son and he uses it when he go to school, 6 moles away from home. This week the tire won't hold up the air and we suspect a puncture because of hissing sound. We can't find a tire replacement part.
