Was exactly what I was looking for as a gift for a friend. I thought it would be heavier but it's great the way it is. I know my friend will enjoy this and get a laugh out of it.

it arrived in good condition, and appears to be weather proof thus far. it's small enough that it can be placed in a discreet area where it doesn't offend any visitors or children, yet also holds its own in a garden space. Most importantly for me, I laugh each and every time I see it... a definite morale booster.

I bought two of these in 2018, february. What I wish someone had told me was that it is imperative that you spray paint these gnomes with heavy duty clear gloss spray paint (I used krylon UV resistant clear spray paint) otherwise if you leave yours out in the sun year round like I do you will repeatedly have to sand, spray and regloss every year. Just yesterday I backed into one of my gnomes and broke it all into pieces. So Im ordering another one. By the way they are hollow inside. They seem to work in keeping people off my property LOL. But again please spray paint with clear gloss!I guess time will tell if this stuff I used will actually preserve my baby gnome

This was by far the funniest gift I’ve given in a while. It’s a great conversation starter (or ender if the person catches the hint!) when strangers knock on the door. Colour hasn’t faded, and the paint has withstood the elements.
