Owned one, works great. Moved so ordered a new one and had difficulty locating delivered package. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Ended up finding the package but really appreciate the quality of the product and excellent customer service.

Stamp was exactly as described! I’m delighted with how it turned out. I chose brown ink, and I’m pleased with the color. The stamping mechanism works as intended.I read the ordering instructions several times to make sure I ordered correctly.This stamp will help me communicate a quick thank you to my customers and I’ll still be able to personalize it with my signature.I’ve only had it for one day and am hoping it will hold up for a long time.(I will add an additional review if needed in the future.)

I loved that you could customize the stamp. That is what convinced me to buy. I wasn't disappointed. Ordering the product was very easy and inputting your own customized name was very easy as well.Product came exactly how it was described and with an extra bottle of ink.

The device works well. The text is clear. Might have gone up a size for the text, but what I specified works fine.
