DRUT 1pcs 6.35mm 1/4 inch Stereo Jack Splitter Cable Adapter Lead 1 x Plug to 2 x Sockets, Male to Female

Feel really light but works fine .I use this adapter with my music studio midi controllers and mixers.

Fairly simple bit of kit - it's a stereo splitter for a 1/4" stereo jack - so think headphone connectors, not the small connector you get on phones. Fit is snug but not too tight - it works as expected. I tried jiggling the connectors a bit (both the connected headphones and the adapter itself) to see if it would temporarily lose connection but it didn't - it worked as I I would have hoped.

First time I tried it it broke in the amp I had to get the amp repaired to remove the piece left in the jack

Got this to split the headphone output from an amp and it works ok. Sort of cheap and cheerful, as in lightweight, but works. Not convinced it will be as robust and last as long as some branded items I have here, so not too convinced about the fiver price tag, but all ok so far.
