Super easy to install, just took a few tries to get it in the correct position when tightened all the way, but no big deal. Black leather looks and feels nice, almost exact replica of the original on my 4th generation 4Runner, just smaller scale (it’s shorter and narrower, but fits and looks just fine) . Just installed, but appears to be a good replacement at a good price.

Advertised as an OEM replacement part, unfortunately, the gripping area is too small. Although, the product looks good and the material appears to be solid, the is just too small - a major difference.

I have a 2000 lexus ls400The know does fit but it's smaller then the original. So it stands taller then original know but a actually like the tall shifter look so I'm happy with it.

Replaced the OEM shift knob on 08 4runner and it worked great. Was hesitant at first to go for one final turn to really tighten it up but the threading allowed for it and now it has secure and solid feel.

It broke the second I screwed it in. The chrome part broke away from the leather when installing.The threads are plastic and no good, and nothing keeps the chrome and leather together

I initially purchased this to replace the shift knob in my 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited because the original shift knob has paint that is flaking off and is just generally uncomfortable to touch and looks bad, it can also not be clean anymore without further paint flaking off. I saw that this was supposed to be a direct replacement for my car's shift knob so I've purchased it. I will be returning this because I found that it is both shorter and more narrow than the original shift knob. It is essentially 3/4" smaller in every dimension. This is about the width of one of my fingers. This means that it feels very small and delicate when I put my hand on it to shift gears in my car, it is also shorter and it just doesn't look right in the center column of my car. My advice to anyone looking to replace their shift knob is to measure your shift knob, and then be sure to match the dimensions to whatever you are looking to purchase from Amazon. The dimensions should be listed somewhere in the product description of whatever you are about to buy, this will save you time and money.Now assuming this shift knob is the same dimensions of your OEM shift knob, I would say that this is a great replacement as the material seem to be high enough quality, it has good weight to it, and the chrome matches the chrome of the lower shifter stick that you will be mounting this to, assuming that your shifter like many has a chrome finish. Also the installation is super simple, all you have to do is turn your shift knob counterclockwise and unscrew it and then screw the new shift knob in clockwise, stopping when it is tight and facing the proper direction. Hope this helps save you some time and money.

Very nice ... size is good too. Not as big as my other one.
