Q: I have just received mine, it doesn't work? Do i have to leave it for a while?? Should it turn straight on?

So long as you plug it into a mains socket, turn the socket on, THEN, turn on the fraximus machine, using the switch on one of the ends of the machine. You might have a problem finding this switch, as it is a black switch, on a black casing. But that is all there is to it.

Q: Is this safe to be haunt onto a plasterboard wall , as it gets hot ?

I wouldn't hang it onto a wall. Hang onto a ceiling so hat both sides are accessible. It doesn't really weigh much. I have mine hung on a false ceiling.

Q: Can i replace these bulbs with any brand or is there drm?

Not sure. I have replaced bulbs but can’t remember which ones I bought. Sorry
