I’ve always had a big issue with wax build up and I have even gone to my doctor to help clean but all they reccomend is drops. It got to the point it affected my hearing. I quickly went to purchase this product in specific due to the tweezer like end. Once I received it I read over the manual and instructions and it was so essy to follow and get started. The actual usage of the product is the best! Extremely easy to use and handle. Within 10-15 minutes BOOM! I was able to hear perfectly normal again!! I’m extremely satisfied with the product and would highly reccomend this one just for the tweezer ends. It makes the entire cleaning process so easy. ( Especially for stuck wax or bigger chunks!!)

Good quality, me and my boyfriend loves it. Super easy to use with the app and video quality is good. The product is slightly expensive when without discounts. But I got it during prime day, which is nice. So far everything works great~ I will keep using it and see how long it will last.

Bought their Note5 remover back in July from their Amazon account(They are the seller), my 2nd unit with them. Worked amazingly! Loved it and did wonders being able to clean my Autistic Son's ears without a fuss....That being said, I got what could only be regarded to as a defective unit as last week I went to take off the cap and the unit literally snapped in 2. I thought, hey I'll reach out to BeBird, they'll honor their product especially since it is under 6 months old. NOPEThey flat out refused to help and tried to direct me to some 3rd party vendor who has 0 affiliation with them. They bluntly told me that it isn't their problem and they're just the "Customer Service". Horrid response from a clearly poorly trained group. All I could do is beg and plead from Amazon and got offered a partial refund as a courtesy.

Just want to say that this is a life saver !The functions this thing has is awesome ‘It’s not super thick, no noises , no worry about the tweezer speed as it is slow and steady . I have found it difficult to clean properly , but so far it’s doing well and the picks seem to work well for the most part ‘ if you have ear problems, this thing is awesome !

Good quality , be very very careful with it but did get to see what I needed to remove and how much wax was there or not there, do not use to remove deep wax it’s dangerous as anything that deep in the ear is very close to your eardrum, use a wax softener and a water earigation system they are proven safe for deep wax removal. This gave me a peace of mind for sure to see there was actually wax deep in there and then take the safe steps to remove it, helped reduce my tinitus after I got the wax out that was pressed up against my eardrum, big relief.

I have a recurring issue in one ear that causes debris to collect against my eardrum. I used to carefully poke around with an ear tool but that would take an hour sometimes. Occasionally I would get frustrated and dig too hard, causing damage and then my ear would be sore afterwards. I bought the BeBird Note 5 based on good reviews and have been very impressed with it! Because I can finally see what I am doing, it cuts the time way down and allows me to be more gentle, which is much safer. The tweezer function is invaluable, and I wouldn't want a tool like this without it.

I wish I could give these a raving review however, the clamping feature no longer works. They wear out very easily. I wish it was a little more flexible- it is hard using them to figure out where in your ears you’re trying to clean.

I got this for my dog, who is like a magnet for picking up foxtails and other grass seeds in her ears. To use it, you have to download an app -- at the time of this review, the app is working just fine. Load it up and it shows a video of what's going on at the end of the tweezers.Important: if using this on your dog, you'll definitely need assistance. Also, be super careful not to damage your dog's ear drum.
