Out of the box I liked this air fryer. It was easy to use and easy to clean. However, after only using it for about a month the unit stopped working. The light no longer turns on but their is still a fan noise. Food however is not heated at all.

I purchased this air fryer in August. I was using it last night and the light would not come back on. I had half cooked fish did not appreciate this. I love the features of the air fryer. Very very easy to use but why did the unit go out, very defective? . I agree with the other reviewer. I hate to have a go in the landfill. It’s a wonderful product. A lot of them have Teflon this was all glass very pretty, but doesn’t work. I wish I could find a replacement bulb or anything so I can continue using This air fryer. I gave it to stars because I liked the product, but not the end result

The media could not be loaded. We have been using this fryer frequently since we got it one month ago.I like the design and size and the best part is the thick glass bowl. I already have one, but I can’t see inside so I often pull the handle to see what is going on inside, so I want to have something new that I can see inside. This is what I expected. Whenever I use this, I check the color of food without pulling the handle and I increase or decrease the time. Very convenient. I use this for French fries, chicken wings, grilling fish and steak, baking sweet potatoes, and chestnuts. Chicken wings are very crispy and my favorite is baking potatoes and chestnuts. Cleaning is very easy. It is a very thick glass bowl so I scrub thoroughly with a scrubber without worrying about scratching. Very satisfied.

I purchased my first Transonic air fryer and as soon as it was plugged in it started running. I couldn’t get it to stop! I requested a replacement and they did get that out right away. When this happened it should have been an indication, to me, that I might have more problems. The time and temperature setting is “jumpy”to begin with and the air flow is such that you have to continuously flip or turn. That doesn’t work well if you’re heating something with a dressed top. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I came back from an extended stay. It’s too late for me but I hope this might help you.

My previous Air Fryer had a nonstick metal basket. The basket completely had its non-stick coating peeled off after numerous uses. I felt it was a safety hazard, so I opted for this one. No more worrying of a non-stick coating peeling off. I just have to be more careful of not dropping it and shattering. It's easier to clean and a lot smaller than the usual sizes of most air fryers out there. There is one suggestion is to keep your old cooking instructions because this one doesn't have that much info on some items. The instructions use grams as minimum and maximum volume of how much can be cooked. They should have made it a bit more user friendly. Oh, if you decide to purchase this opt in for the warranty replacement of the glass basket in case it does shatter. Better safe than sorry.

I'm unable to completely turn off this air fryer unless it's unplugged. There's a button called "memu" that does nothing. The fan inside the fryer is continuously hitting the housing and the relay to turn on/off the heating element cycles multiple times when transitioning between the on/off state. The quality of this item is anything but good and not well designed. The only thing going for this fryer is it has a glass bowl. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this product is a joke and a safety hazard.*update*Increased my review from 1 to 3 stars since the seller reached out and offered a refund.

It doesn't function in a way it suppose to, it takes numerous times and access effort to make it start, only few times it started on selected program without issue out of tried, using 3-4 times daily, from the day received. I don't recommend it.
