Comfy and perfect for my costume, my friend hit me in the crotch with his plastic sword and barely felt it haha.

Fits well keeps everything in place and us not to uncomfortable when moving around, however the cup could do with being a little wider lol.

Possibly my fault but needed some support for Groin Hernia while waiting an operation. Sure it is good for sports activity.

The cup holder is great but the cup it comes with, I wouldn't want to take a shot to the never regions with that, sharp edges, flimsy material. But swapping the cup is easy enough to do. Worth the money.

This daft old 66 year old wore the groin guard at the recent Las Vegas Master’s Tournament - that’s me in the blue vest!The guard is great. It’s so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it! Wish I’d felt as comfortable when fighting my opponent as he battered me round the ring!

I used this for Jiu Jitsu, when I bought the guard it was quite uncomfortable but during the session you do get used to it, however this doesn’t excuse it not being comfy.The stitching at the top where the plastic guard piece connects to the elastic waistband has almost completely come off after about 1 year of use which is also slightly annoying but it can be expected with a high contact sport.

Fits well, used it in my bjj class, didn't notice it at all whilst rolling, the next day I was quite sore, however. Class has been cancelled thanks to covid-19 so not used it since, I'm hoping it's just a case of getting used to it.
