I had being looking at remote control tanks on amazon for the past few months now and wondering should I get one and what type should I get? so I decided to go for a king tiger with a Henschel turret as I had seen one in a museum not long ago, and king tiger is my favourite type of tank. So tank arrived on second day after ordering, very well packaged. So I opened up box and read manual and then put battery on charge for 5 hours and then put it into the tank turned on controller and then tank to play it worked for a few minutes, but stopped working then and would not work after that? . So I contacted seller on amazon and they gave me a few tips on what to do, anyway tank would still not work for me! so after a few e-mails and phone calls they sent me a new battery and charger and said to me, if it doe's not work now they would sent me a shipping label through e-mail and I could return it to them free of charge and get a full refund which was very fair, After sales service was very good. So it just so happened to be battery was faulty and tank works fine now. The details on the tank are very accurate and detailed just like the real tank. This is my first tank and I could not be happier with it, it moves very good engine and gun sounds is great if it had wings I'm sure it would fly its that fast, absolutely brilliant tank. I will buy one more next month, probably a walker bulldog or a sherman have not yet decided. Thanks for a great tank.
