I went to the beach in Miami two weeks ago and ended up with a bit of a sunburn and some new dark spots, so I ordered this. After a few days of use, my skin already looks a bit brighter! It hasn’t done much for the older spots yet, but it definitely seems to help with the newer ones. I love that it has not just mastic gum extract but also tranexamic acid and niacinamide, so I don’t feel like I need to layer on another brightening product. It’s not super duper lightweight, so I’ve been using it at night, which feels perfect for summer. I loooove the scent, and my skin feels noticeably softer when I wash my face in the morning. Highly recommend!

This product is non-irritating, so it doesn't turn red and feels moist when applied to the skin. The skin becomes smoother when I wake up after applying it at night, and my skin tone becomes brighter. Even a small amount can be applied all over the face, and it quickly permeates into the skin. It feels like the condition of the entire skin has improved.

First off, the glass bottle is heavy so I was assuming the content will be almost full. You cannot see from the outside but when I peeked in with a light shone down, I see it just at about the halfway mark. That is pretty little for the money we pay. I am not sure if I just got a dried out old stock bottle but just for the volume (vs bottle size and money paid) alone, I will not be repurchasing.Granted, it went on pretty light. Just the right amount of stickiness, then gets absorbed really quick. I feel that it created a moisture barrier that kept my facial skin hydrated while I slept. BUT, 2 days later..after 2 evening uses...I suddenly got break outs. I very rarely get breakouts. Not red angry one but clogged oil glands that is pushing out. I have not made any changes to my entire skin care other than this as I want to make sure things are consistent so I can pin down the cause if something goes awry. I always do gentle exfoliation too so it cannot be caused by me not doing so to help skin turnover along.Value-wise and short-term effect...it is a no go for me. I wish I can return a used product for the adverse effect.
