KikkomanPonzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce Lemon 250ml

This citrus soy sauce is lovely on salmon. I used to be able to buy it at the supermarket but they stopped doing it. I was impressed with how quickly it was delivered and how well it was packed (being in a glass bottle).

I have found this product difficult to find in supermarkets and had no problem with Amazon

Really love this sauce, particularly in salad dressing. When I say sauce, it’s the same consistently as soy sauce, just in case you think it’s a cooking sauce. It has a lovely light lemon flavour. I can’t find it in the shops so have to buy on Amazon. Next time I’m ordering the large plastic bottle as it’s much much better value and will last for ever. I might keep the smaller bottle and top it up.Kikkomans is (IMO) the finest soy sauce anyway, so when they told me about this one, I had to try it.If you look at the ingredients all pretty much all of the other soy sauces in supermarkets, you will find they are packed with sugar instead of using the natural fermentation process to flavour, definitely worth paying more for Kikkomans (IMO, like I said)

I just love this sauce. I've given up vinaigrette on salads - this is so refreshing and clean-tasting, not oily. It isn't as heavy as soy sauce, because there is some water in it. Recommend it 100% but it seems to be less available in shops these day. I sincerely hope this does not mean it's being discontinued!

A friend of mine had made egg sandwiches and included this with the mashed up eggs (with Mayo). I’m hooked ! Really elevated a simple sandwich !

Makes a nice change. But pricey!!!

The American television host Hoda Kotb recommended this as a sauce to place Salmon or Cod in a tray in the oven to cook! Turns out it is delicious! You add nothing else! You can of course add vegetables. your choice!
