Love this face serum as it’s really light on the skin and I use it morning and night. It makes the skin really soft with a nice glow and improved the texture of my skin. Will definitely buy again.

Great!
Brilliant. Bought a because I needed to switch from 10% to 15% and couldn't find 15% at local Boots. Very nice texture - stings a little at the beginning but got used to it after a couple of uses. Apparently, this is normal. Lasted me around 6 months (using 2x a day). It's a bit more on a pricy side but I think it's worth it. Will try different products from this brand.

Okay product, didn't suit me, worked well for lighting the scarring after acne.
I always use niacinamide in my skincare routine, but this was a bit disappointing, it hasn't helped with breakouts, but did help fade the scarring a little bit. Used the entire product but probably won't purchase again. The formula is quite sticky, takes time to absorb, hydrates but not lightweight. Skin is left soft but I had a few breakouts using this.

Smoother and more refined skin
Oooh I like this .Tried after seeing in a national press supplement. (not this brand ) but similar.I am definitely noticing smoother , even skin tone .Only been using for a month but it's working well so far .

Great for anti aging
I’ve been using this for a year now and have seen significant changes in both texture and tightness of my skin. I’m 58 so helps with anti aging 👍

Extremely disappointed
I'm disappointed to say that this Niacinamide skin product didn't live up to its promises. Despite the hype surrounding Niacinamide's benefits for skin, I didn't notice any significant improvements in my skin's texture, tone, or appearance with this particular company’s version.In fact, I experienced some unwanted side effects. The product caused redness and irritation, especially around my sensitive areas. I also noticed an increase in breakouts, which was the opposite of what I was hoping for.The texture of the product was also off-putting. It felt greasy and heavy on my skin, which made it difficult to wear.For the price, I expected a more effective product. Unfortunately, this Niacinamide skin product was a letdown. If you're considering trying it, I'd recommend exploring other companies.
