Worst vendor, worst product
1) Yellow light mode did not work on rats/mice2) Green light mode did not work on rats/mice3) Blue light mode worsened my migraine, did not work on rats/mice4) Red light mode- had to turn it off in 2 seconds. You need to get out of the apartment to use that. Possibly would work on humans before it works on rats/mice.So, I requested for a return. UPS possibly came, but did not take the package. By the time I noticed the package again sitting next to the door- the return window had closed. i called back Amazon and was promised a full refund for another attempt at return. When I returned it - I got $18 back when the purchase cost me $32. The vendor charged me the rest of the money for shipping.I should charge them for the time I spent on the phone with Amazon trying to return it and the groceries those rats ate while that piece of junk drained my electricity and made a clack clack sound. I cancelled Amazon Prime 'cause enough with this non-sense of third party sellers for which they don't take any responsibility.

My wife can hear it
Doesn't really work as we wanted. My wife and cats can here all the different modes. USB charging is weird.

the product is good. while the manual did not mention that it is necessary to charge the repeller before the four modes can be properly adjusted.

Portable and Rechargeable
Happy to have found this product because I needed a pest repeller outside my home but without the power outlet. This product is rechargeable. I've only had it for a few days so I don't have any experience on how long the device holds a charge. I hope the charge last a while.

Good value for money
I’m convinced pest repeller working, literally had a mouse jump over my leg to escape the car, if it continues to keep my car free of rat sightings or not.It could save me hundreds of dollars.
