I like how it’s in a capsule, don’t mind compressed pill form but sometimes breaks down quickly definitely needing plenty of water to chase with. The capsule gives extra time to digest which is nice.

These are great. Perfect combo of ingredients. But the capsules are rather large.

I've been on milk thistle for around 4 months now, this is my second bottle and this brand is new to me. I feel this brand is working better than the last brand I was using, I believe the added benefits in this milk thistle is helping along side the milk thistle which is a great bonus.I use to be prescribed a high dose anti acid which I took twice a day but I'm now completely weaned off those, I still have them in case I need them but so far I've not needed to take them so I feel quite reassured that I'm getting something out of these.I've also noticed I seem to be recovering from illnesses alot quicker than I use too and alot quicker than my partner too.These are a little on the pricier side but as I do feel they're working, and better than the previous brand, I would recommend them and would buy them again.
