The bike was smaller than what was advertised, the gears where too jammed and front wheel does not fit. When requested for return i found out that i have to send it back myself and the seller says the return of a fully assembled bike they would only refund 50% and that too after selling the returned bike.. If you can't take responsibility of picking up the product after sending a defective item, shut down your company, why are you asking customers to ship the product to you, like we have nothing else important to do! Send a delivery person and have it picked up, and refund the full amount!!!! Or I'll be posting this on all of social media!!!
