9-Pattern Turret Sprinkler, GUDWING Lawn sprinklers for Yard with Duty Metal Base, Sprinkler for Kids, Garden, Large or Small Lawn

So far it's great, but we're just on the second day.

Light cheap plastic, nothing is metal except the little wheel on the top which is aluminum. Paid too much for plastic because they said the base was metal. Not a happy buyer. Always some flake trying to rip you off.

Normally my two favorite settings on this type of sprinkler are the full circle and the center spray, which this one happens to have a spinner over it. I use those two because the water droplets tend to be larger, meaning less evaporation. On fine mist sprays it isn't uncommon to have more than a 50% evaporation rate. I do not consider that a good thing.Unfortunately, those two settings provided a fairly weak spray, even with the water turned up full. With other sprinklers I have had of this type that has not been the case. All of the other settings I got very acceptable pressure and coverage. So I simply have been using the other round spray when I want that pattern.It is nice having the cast aluminum base. I have broken a few plastic sprinklers pulling them over this and that, and this base seems significantly more substantial. So I feel comfortable giving this four stars. It is fair value and a good sprinkler.

Coasters aren’t rocket science. And just like interiors they come in many designs. As long as they do their job of protecting the furniture all is good. These come in a cute basket I may repurpose and work well. They also go perfect with my craftsman house and the arts and crafts interior I have. They are soft and there is a lot of them in the package so hopefully my teenagers won’t lose them and will use them instead. So far they are doing all they need to. Which is to .. protect my furniture. I didn’t expect more and they are doing what I need. Coasters. Necessary but not necessarily all that interesting. Which is what I want.

The sprinklers base plate is heavy enough to sit on the ground without it flipping over even with the water pressure on the highest level! So many round sprinklers are made out of thin light weight plastic which makes them want to flip around, but not this one!Having Nine Patterns to go through should be more than enough selection for anyone to find several favorites out of the bunch. Mine just arrived yesterday and I’ve already put it to good use for several hours! Like most, we all have that stretch of yard that runs alongside our mailbox. The pattern that does side by side water dispersal works great for this area of my yard, one of my favorites out of the nine!You’re able to remove the nut on top of the metal main head of the sprinkler making this a 2 in 1 Design which is pretty cool! You def get a lot of bang for your buck with this sprinkler! It’s also by far one of the best round sprinklers I’ve been able to find. Not only that, it’s priced very affordable and cheaper than I can purchase locally in the Dallas area. Seems like each time I go to my big box chain stores looking for sturdy sprinklers like this one, they never have any in stock! The ones they have in stock are so cheaply made they’re not worth me purchasing. I needed a sprinkler for a narrow strip area where the valve needs to be replaced on my auto sprinklers and I don't have the time right now. Since I only need the sprinkler temporarily I wanted something versatile so that I can use it again wherever I need it. This sprinkler is made out of a pretty lightweight plastic painted to look metallic and I was worried it would tip over a lot. In reality it is very stable and has never moved out of place. You just turn a dial on the top to the area that matches the shape of watering area pattern you need and so far it has done a great job with the narrow strip pattern. I looked at the other patterns and they seem to work as described too.

So far I have been impressed with the durability and functionality of the "9-Pattern Turret Sprinkler". It has a heavy duty metal base which makes it more likely not to move under water pressure and somewhat protects it from dogs or animals that like to chew on plastic sprinklers. This unit has 9 spray patterns ranging from a full yard square or circle to those long narrow strips; additionally, it is touted to cover from 36 sq. ft. to 1022 sq. ft. I use it to augment small areas which are under watered from my built-in sprinkling system. It is approximately 7" by 8" with a 3/4 coupling outlet for standard hoses. I had a slightly bigger plastic based sprinkler but after 2 years, the weather and dogs made it relative useless. This one appears much more durable and long lasting. Recommended.

This sprinkler has a good amount of different watering styles. I do wish it watered a larger diameter though. The farthest I could get it to water was a 10 foot diameter, smaller by at least a couple feet from our other sprinkler. This sprinkler makes up for that with the different patterns you can use. Still a nice sprinkler.
