Lovely, I'm a complete convert to this!
My family and I have been doing a round the world cooking challenge and we had to choose a Greenlandic dish. We chose a kind of bready cake called Klaalit Kagiat (will have to check the spelling) and we used this, not expecting to like it much, but it was unexpectedly delicious and we've made it several times since.. So .I would recommend this fine spice and also doing a round the world cooking challenge!
