Bit different, ok if you want red risotto
Wish I’d read the full details of this product, the black rice really does colour your risotto red. I felt that this rice took a lot more liquid and time than other arborio rice to cook. Tasted ok. Fun to experiment and I liked that it was organic. Not for me though.
