Work Great! after starting it it will make ice faster. Put straight into freezer. It will fill tray in 5 cycles. Like the square cubes. I would buy again.

Woke up to water on the counter, checked the plug which was good, found water leaking from the vents

I've got a couple table top ice makers and this is by far my favorite. Makes more traditional ice like you'd find at a hotel. It's not the softer chewable ice like most table top ice makers. I found using this ice in my yeti cup last more than twice as long as the soft stuff. And it's relatively quick to make ice.

This would be our first ice maker. We tend to use a lot of ice, and usually buy bags of it. Using this instead has made a huge difference!One reason we don’t normally make ice at home is the size of the cubes. We like smaller cubes, and no matter what size ice cube tray we buy, the cubes are too thick. This machine allows us to customize the amount of time it takes to make its cubes. Reducing the default time down by 2 minutes makes the perfect thickness cubes for our usage!By default, it only takes about 10-11 minutes for this machine to make one block of cubes. The cubes themselves are more hollow in the center, which make them great for crushing. By reducing the time, we get more ice faster as well. The reservoir keeps them cool for a while, and it automatically stays filled so long as there is water in the rear tank.Overall, I have no complaints about this machine. It makes a lot of ice very fast, and isn’t too loud. We actually have it in our dining room next to the living room, and can’t hear it over the TV at all. I would definitely recommend this machine for anyone that would need one!

Unit worked for 8 months solid. The ice it made was perfect. Until a part broken, not allowing water to flow to the tube that fed the ice maker. After contacting the company the rep I was working with had voided the warranty without providing details as to why. Other reps wouldn't help due to the original reps notes. The one star rating is for the company unable to provide reasoning as to why they voided the warranty. No company can void a warranty of their products without providing proper valid reasoning.

Plug it in, dump in some water, and you've got the first batch of ice cubes within 15 min or so. Then another sheet every 10 min after that. Timer function so I can fill it up at night and have ice ready in the morning without it wasting electricity all night. Really pleased with this. Only TINY nitpick is that if you run full-size cubes they come out in a big sheet and are kind of hard to break apart.
