This product has helped relieve my neck pain and soreness. It is a perfect size not too small or too big. The three different heat settings work great for me. They are timed to lower the heat as time passes and finally automatically turns off. This is great if you fall asleep while using. The cord is long so it can reach an outlet.

Very comfortable and soothing. The Heat feels so good on my neck. I like the USB plug also, because my sofa has a USB outlet right next to where I sit. so easy ..Highly recommend.

This neck roll was somewhat stiffer than I was expecting. So, it was a little difficult for me as a smaller person, 5' 1", to get in just the right spot with this neck roll. It did provide support & the heat especially felt good at times when my neck was really flaring. However, I did learn to use caution with use because I fell asleep with the heat on medium setting & ended up with a burn on my neck that blistered. Next time, I will be sure to use a lower setting and a light towel to protect my neck from direct contact. Other than that, I actually really appreciate having this for helping relieve my chronic neck pain. It does help. I would give it 5 stars if not for the burn issue.

This product doesn't work!

I've had problems with my neck for a few years and have been using a rolled up towel. I decided it was time to invest in something better. My chiropractor has recommended applying heat so this neck pillow seemed like a good choice.Given that it's a 'pillow' I expected it to have some give. It's really doesn't though. It's very hard and therefore NOT comfortable.It has 3 heat settings but I've found even the lowest one is too hot to have in direct contact with my skin for more than a couple of minutes.In order to use it I've been putting a fairly heavy piece of fabric over it. I don't feel the heat as much as I'd like this way but at least it's usable.

This thing it perfect for neck support. I use it every day in bed! Cold is a godsend but warm it up, sheer heaven. My GF absconded it, so I had to buy another. I'm getting extras for Christmas presents! I cannot live without it.

It was too hard. Not a pillow at all. I returned it.

Love this heat pillow for my neck. I pinch a nerve was on tons of drugs and this really helped relieve my pain. Off the meds.
