Great quality at a great price

Great tea!
Love it! I made the purchase because I need to drink more water, and I thought buying something that looks *extra* would help with that. And it does!The aroma is very earthy, but the flavour is suuuuper subtle. I enjoy it both hot and chilled, and as the flavour is faint, it is thirst-quenching just like a glass of water would be.The colour is an amazing blue, and I really, really love the purple it turns into when you add lemon juice. I tried another pea flower blossom brand and the colour was tinged with brown (like it was made with muddy water), but the colour purity in these blossoms are top-notch.Whether you want this tea for every day, practical use or for things like social media posts, it's a good one to get.

Color Changing Tea
Super cool tea! I drink a ton of tea and I can not believe I had never heard of this. I happened upon butterfly tea doing a google search just on unique teas for health. From what I could understand it does offer health benefits but I will leave that to the buyer to look up because I am not a doctor.I LOVE the blue color, color develops really well, and at does so gradually enough that you can remove the flowers to get the desired blue color. I didn't have lemons but I did have so citric acid so I added that to see if it really does turn purple...it does !! So I added a spoon of sugar and boom lemon aid....the color whether blue or purple are beautiful and would be georgous at partie and events. I developed the tea to a deep blue and I personally thought the tast was very mellow and with the exception of a tsp of sugar ( i do not typically add sugar to my tea) it was perfect.I also teach so I think the kids will get a kick out of the color and then adding the citric acid !!The purple could be darker but I added a lot of citric acid....

The 20 flowers buds added to hot water turned the pitcher a VERY DARK BLUE!
The Butterfly Pea flowers had a very slight taste. I used 20 flowers to hot water with a pinch of baking soda and it turned the pitcher of hot water VERY DARK. I drink it without a sweetener. I think a child would drink this without complaining. For health reasons because of Butterfly Peas benefits, this product is a good buy and very drinkable. Package was as pictured. There is no difference in what was shown.

A little goes a long way - plus a fun tip
I purchased this to make butterfly tea for a cocktail. The instructions said to use 4-5 flowers for a cup. They are so small, I decided that I needed to use more (like maybe 20). Well, that is not necessary, as the resulting tea was very dark blue and strong! This package seems small and like but there must be hundreds of flowers in there, so it will last a long time.A fun tip: if you use this in a drink, and add a small amount of lemon juice, it will change the drink from blue to bright pink. Impress your friends! Recipe: 1oz butterfly tea, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz Cointreau, 2 oz gin (Hendrick's is suggested). Shake with ice. Strain into a glass with fresh ice. Hand your friend a stirring spoon and have her stir while you pour in 1 oz of lemon juice, and like magic, it changes color! For added effect, place the drink on top of a cell phone flashlight so all can see the transformation. Butterfly Pea Tea Heaven
This is my first experience with butterfly pea tea and I so happy that I decided to take the plunge & try it. My item arrived quickly and Was sealed nicely for freshness. I originally ordered this item for all of the health benefits it offers but I am hooked for how it makes me feel. If you are into herbal remedies look up all of the health and beauty benefits of butterfly pea tea, seriously it’s great for everything! I mostly noticed the mood boosting benefits personally. I like to brew a big batch and chill it so I can put it in my crystal infused water bottles. The color is a bright beautiful purple that makes me happy just to look at. The taste is very light, slightly floral with a smidge of earthy, I don’t add any sweetners I like it alone just like black iced tea.

cheaply made
Most of the bags are cheap. Have holes in them and if you don't mind using a strainer all is good. I otherwise would have given a 5 star rating.
