Lian LiUNI Fan AL120V2 120mm Triple Pack White with Controller

This review is for the Lian Li UNI Fan AL140 V2 140mm Black Single Pack.Lian Li started the craze of interlocking fans. If you've never used them before, you're in for a real treat, as these reduce the amount of cables in your rig by a lot. The main downsides are that they are proprietary (they don't work with the interlocking fans of other companies), and further, you need a proprietary controller from Lian Li to make the whole thing work.And you are going to need a controller. I got one by purchasing a 3-pack of AL120 V2s that came with a controller. If you want to buy just the controller, you're going to have a difficult time. I don't think that is available on Amazon, so consider yourself warned. Stick to "V2" parts in your build to maintain compatibility.The controller is going to require a USB connector on your motherboard (if you're short on those, you may have to get a splitter).You can just plug the controller into a fan header and an ARGB header if you don't want to install the L-Connect 3 software, but this will force you to choose between either not controlling the RGB (and living with the default "unicorn vomit"), or installing the ARGB software for your motherboard, which will almost certainly consume more system resources and be buggier than the L-Connect 3 software from Lian Li.I can also report that it consumes fewer system resources than SignalRGB (which raised my idle temps compared to L-Connect 3). Make certain you read the online manual for L-Connect 3 to see exactly how to wire up your various fans to make the light shows look more coordinated.In the included image, I have AL140 V2s in the front and rear, while the bottom has AL120 V2s.

The fans are beautiful and easy to get working. I never realized I used so many cables with the standard pc case fans. I have a total of 10 fans in my case all Lian Lin fan. The fans are daisy chained and very sleek looking. I also replaced my AIO Fans with the 140 version

I bought two three-packs of these fans (with controller) for my new PC. I placed two at the top, two at the front and two at the bottom. I like how each single fan can easily attach to another fan. I also like that they give you cables to attach a set of two fans to another set of two fans. So I have four fans connected to one controller port and the other two fans connected to another controller port. These fans are very quiet. My favorite color for these fans is their default changing multi-colors. I've played around with different color settings but the changing multi-colors is the best. I can watch their beautiful changing colors through the glass top, front and side of my PC case. I only needed one controller but buying two three-packs was more cost effective that buying the fans separately.

These are great fans, they look amazing and are quiet for the air they move. However they are a bit pricey.Be aware that the 140mm fans do not have a controller and the AL fans seem to only be able to get a controller if you buy a 3 pack of 120mm fans.

The media could not be loaded.  These fans are awesome and the rgb is even awesome-er? I know that’s not a word but if that don’t explain how great these fans are then just read all the reviews on them.Hooking these bad boy up is easy as they are daisy chained fans and click right into one another. You only need one wire for each set of 4 fans. You can connect up to 16 fans to the controller which means you only have 4 wires. Yeah that’s right 4 wires for up to 16 fans. If you buy the single pack just know you don’t get the controller but you can still hook them up straight to your motherboard. The triple packs is where you get the controller. They move a lot of air and keep my pc nice and cool. Lianli definitely makes some the best fans around and Lconnect is very easily navigable.

I just recently finished building my first new gaming pc since 2014. I spent so many hours researching what fans I should do. I kept bouncing back and fourth to many brands and models. I always ended back up to the AL 120 V2's. I have absolutely no regrets. They so a fantastic job, the LED's are nice. Build quality is really good. If there is something I needed to complain about it L connect. Sometimes it is finnicky. But so far is has been pretty good for me. L CONNECT will not work on linux, keep that in mind. I did have linux on here and decided to emulate windows and run l connect on there. It would not work whatsoever.

As usual, decided to use these fans for my build and the local stores were out of stock on these. Amazon to the rescue and got me the last one I needed to complete my build. Fans look like but not as snazzy as the LCD ones or the infinity ones. Which is fine since that's what I wanted from these for my recent build.

These are easy to install, connect, and configure. They are absolutely stunning fans. The best connector system of all brands. Lighting is bright and consistent and Liam Li L connect 3 is not a resource hog like others.

La instalación y la conexión es súper sencilla pero el problema es su aplicación nativa, es mejor controlarlos con una general para todo el sistema de ventilación y RGB
