The large is about 12.5 inches tall by 5 inches wide.

It is made in China -- however, it is the ONLY stuffed toy that does not fall apart, or get chewed apart. Any toy from Fabdog LASTS and LASTS!

Just one teddy bear. Very good quality..

Q: Is 4x2x4 small for a large dog?

Yes, it is small for a large dog. But some dogs prefer to carry around a small stuffed toy with them, so it is really a matter of your dog's preference. I buy toys between 12" to 15" for my collie.
