havent used it yet BUT......many experiences with this type of cookware from over seas
I will tell you 1st call out to the vendor, You my friend did a phenomenal job in packaging this unit. Very well protected from the rigors of what a package goes thru in the shipping industry today. Thank You!! Now the unit:This pot is beautifully enameled and very heavy gauge which I like & the enamel is even coated no drips chips or imperfections, BRAVO to you !! ...This vendor added 3 silicone heat protector items ..2 handle grips ( thumb & 4 finger grip type) & also a silicone trivet to rest on the table coming from the oven or cook top.I highly suggest if your looking for enamel cast to check them out, and of course Prime day the vendor made it even sweeter by discounting it!! I will tell you that I own several CN enamel cast iron products. I treat them like they were Le Creuset which means I dont heat them up past medium,I never put an empty skillet or pot on the stove with out either oil or water . I hand wash them and enjoy cooking everything from baking bread in them to one pot meals like stove top dutch oven Lasagna ...Its hi heat that causes food to burn in them, causes hazing ( small cracks all over the pans bottom) and I also found on others that used high heat for extended times ( they didnt know as most dont know how to cook in Cast Iron , let alone Enamel cast) and didnt let pot cool down and started cleaning.. had slabs of the enamel pop off. Let these things cool all the way down. My experience has been you need to be kind to them ( not over heating them... using proper utensils when cooking with them), and know if yu bang & clang them around with other pots & pans they will chip. So long as the chips are on the outside, no worries dry them good put a smidgen of oil on some outside cast showing to prevent rust....if big chips on the inside, well then you may want to plant flowers in it .... but if your good to them, 97% of them hold up fine.I do not use metal utensils in them ( only silicone or wood) and one Dutch oven is my 1st from 4 yrs ago (Lodge) not a chip and not a hazing crack or scratch on the inside and these types of pots /pans yu can get a good sear on fleshy proteins with medium heat and my chuck roasts ( pot roast ) never stick & come out with a great crust/ sear on them. All of these CN enamel cast iron dutch ovens big or small in my experience simmer beautifully on medium low after 30 mins with the lid on.I couldnt be happier.. :-)

Great Dutch Oven
This is a beautiful piece that adds a little pop of color to the kitchen. It's easy to clean and is built solid. Great for making stews, soups and bread. It's a great value as the same product from other brands is hundreds of dollars. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect for two people.
Very well made, and heavy. Basically indestructible. Good size for 3 cup bread recipes.

Just what I wanted
This is heavy and well made. I'm using it for three people servings and it's plenty big. (5 qt size) Recommend.

Great Small Dutch Oven for 2
This Dutch Oven is very well made of enamel covered cast iron. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. It's also very attractive with a beautiful gradient red enamel coating on the outside. The lid fits securely on the pot.The set comes with some accessories including a sponge, a silicone trivet, and 2 silicone flapper deals which I suppose are finger protectors for lifting the handles of the pot when hot, but look more like some weird hand puppets to me...I think I'll rely on towels, pot holders or kitchen mitts for my heat protection, but still it's very thoughtful of the company to provide them.I've found this Dutch Oven to be perfect for cooking for 2 people. It's also good for making a small loaf of bread. It's definitely a welcome addition to my kitchen armamentarium and with proper care as outlined in the accompanying literature, should last for many years. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a small reasonably priced, yet good quality Dutch Oven

A Beautiful and Practical Pot for All Seasons
I bought this pot in the gradient Red shade, and I was amazed by how eye-catching and elegant it looked in my kitchen. It arrived in perfect condition, thanks to the secure packaging and careful handling. The pot is versatile and durable, made of thickened cast iron and high-quality enamel. I have used it to make stews, pasta, casseroles, and more; it consistently delivers excellent results. The heat-conductive base and spiked lid ensure even heat distribution and moisture retention. The pot is also easy to clean and maintain, as the enamel coating prevents food from sticking and protects it from chipping and scratching. The pot also comes with matching silicone accessories, which are very useful and convenient. I am delighted with this purchase, and I recommend it to anyone who loves cooking and wants a stylish and functional pot for their meals.

I like it
We've been using this for the past 3 months or so. I like it and would recommend. Used it for all sorts of things like beef stew, pasta, cooking vegetables. The lid slots in and seals off the pot very tightly, almost pressure cooker-esque. I've only really used it on stove top but it would definitely be fine in oven as well. The size of the pot feels just right to make enough for a 4 person meal. It doesnt say its not dishwasher safe but its easy to clean so I've just been cleaning by handwash.

Great quality
A heavy duty Dutch oven that looks great. Not much else to say other than it is comparable to big name brands. If you like the color and size, then you can’t go wrong with this choice. Note that the handle isn’t enamel, as stated.

The best dutch oven you can get at this price point!
The media could not be loaded. Product Information: - Colour: Blue - Size: 2.5L/2.6 Quart - Weight: 4.26kg/~9lbsGeneral Note:A standard 500ml water bottle was used to give the pot a relative scale.Pros: - Heat distribution is fantastic! - The 2.5L sized pot is perfect for 1-3 people depending on the dish. Ideally for 2. - Comes with a few accessories. Despite them not being the best quality, they are a nice touch. - The enamel finish feels nice and is well made. - Comes with a self-basting lid.Cons: - The fact that it's not dishwasher-safe is a pain. But that is expected from any dutch oven. - The lid sits on the pot comfortably, but not perfectly. If you press on (as seen in the video), you can tell it doesn't make a perfect seal. It's more than good enough to cook with, but you get what you pay for. - Not really a con, but the 4.26kg/9lbs weight can be a lot for some people.Overall Review (TL;DR): - Great pot, will not disappoint. - Best dutch oven you can get at this price point. - Can be annoying to wash. - Overall Rating: 4.75/5.0
