Great pillow
We went on vacation at a quality inn and my almost 2 year old slept so well there I thought maybe it’s the pillow?? Did my research and found this pillow … just as soft and and she loves it!

Not like the hotel pillow
Whichever pillow you buy, it is not at all like the one provided by the hotel. I bought a soft one for me and a firm one for my husband. We were both disappointed. I was even disappointed with my husband's firm pillow! Also, beware of the return policy: you have 30 days and you have to deal with Pillows.com, not Amazon, and you won't get a money refund, only an exchange or store credit. I ended up keeping the pillows because of all the hoops I had to jump through to get an exchange.

Just not as nice as I expected for the price. If I spend good money I expect a really good product and it was not as nice as the choice hotel pillows which I have bought.

Perfect softer pillow
This is my favorite pillow that I have ever owned. Perfect for me. I have always slept on feather pillows, so I like a softer pillow. My husband on the other hand hates this pillow, he says that his head falls all the way to the matters. I find it perfect in all ways. Happy customer.
