Opluz 2-in-1 Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone and Charger Adapter for iPhone, iPad, and Other Apple Devices

I’ve gone through many different brands of this adapter, all have broken within a few weeks. This one is well made, has a satisfying fit with the other cables, and just works.

This product just simply does NOT work. The first one I received badly distorted the audio when it was charging the phone. I opted for a replacement from Amazon. The second one worked for ONE day and stopped charging. For the life of me I don't understand why this is apparently such an incredibly difficult product to make. The Belkin one (twice the price) lasted for just about 6 months. Last I looked, Apple doesn't make one of these anymore (and it was super highly priced back in the day - and also lasted about a year). The others on the market all have reviews just like this one. I don't know if it is shielding issue between the power charging side and the audio headphone jack, or just cheap manufacturing, but there doesn't seem to be one functional headphone/charging adaptor on the market for iPhones that actually works.

Love this. Have an older Jeep with only an aux jack - no Bluetooth . It sucked to choose between charging or music from my iPhone and this solved the issue. Works great!

This is a good splitter for charging and listening to music on the newer iPhones. The only (and important) piece missing: When you have your earphone plugged into this splitter, phone call sound don't come to your earphone. Instead the calls can only be listed to the phone speakers only - that is the only major drawback I've had with this adapter.

The adapter seems to be very well made. Solid. The plugs feel secure when plugging them into the phone and to the audio plug. Very happy. Delivery was fine as well. Received on time and in excellent condition.

Either the headphone/audio side or the charging cable side don’t work. I have to unplug the cable and plug it back in multiple times to get both sides of the cable to work. I have tried the cable on several different iPhones and multiple iPads with the same results.

This adapter works well but as others have noted, it has an unexpected interaction with headphone mic button, and the phone recognizing the device as either headphones or speakers.My Bluetooth sleep headphones broke, so I went back to using wired headphones with a jack adapter which had an integrated play/volume control. But I couldn’t charge the phone while using headphones, so this new adapter seemed like the best solution.It works, but only if the “play” button has been pressed. And it doesn’t switch from “listen to audio” to “answer phone/make a call” no matter if the play/pause button is pressed. It has to be removed to make calls, defeating the purpose.
