My family and I hate using chemical based products to contain foul odors coming from the garbage we throw away daily. It gets especially bad when our trash cans are full.Almost constant presence of flies, insects, rodents around makes you wanna puke. So I am glad to report that these covers resolve both issues 100%!Also, when our lids got cracked, these covers provided a temporary solution keeping our cans dry inside instead of filled with the rein water to the brim.So I say to all the skeptics out there loud and clear:GIVE THESE COVERS A TEST DRIVE! And spread the word if you care about environment.

I’m a first time buyer of this product and I must say I’m impressed!
Covers fit well,lemon scent fresh and strong, mice and rats no longer a problem and it’s creating clean environment around my trash cans storage place.plastic material is thick and durable, elastic rubber band hugs the surface well and keeps the smell inside.I think they will last for a few months, if you use them right. I read the instructions and played video how to use them and it helped a lot!Glad I bought them and price is good for the value!

OK. Only wishing for slightly thicker material
Love the elasticity and overall functionality.The only critique is that the plastic has taken on some minor holes, so I'm left wishing the plastic was a little thicker (not by much) so I can re-use these for a long time (+1yr). At my rate of usage I'll probably need to buy a replacement in 6mo ...which seems ok.

Works exactly as described and expected!
I am very impressed with how these funny looking covers work.They do perform like larger size shower caps keeping awful stench inside, and therefore all live creatures attracted by foul odor no longer trying to get in!I can now safely open my lid and deposit trash bags without pinching my nose!I don’t mind few extra steps to put them on and off.After a while it becomes a second nature.I will buy again!

do not buy from these people. item would not fit. returned. credited and then charged again as if not returned two months later. not worth the hassle.

I got this as my trash cover is cracked and lets water in, this works perfectly keeping water out.

These are “bowl covers” for the garbage can.The city has now provided “vented” garbage cns and we have maggots by the time our now weekly collection day arrives.The covers are to circumvent the introduction of flies and that purpose is served.
