I received my product yet there were no screws or tools included like the description stated.

Item was very nice it came with some tool, but you will need a screw driver.

It fits my two irons and looks nice. My only issue is that sometimes the hooks that hold the board move when getting the board, but it's not a big deal.

This product was made incorrectly. According to the photos of the product the “hanger” for the ironing board is supposed to be flush against the wall. Well this was welded in backwards and if mounted properly would have the ironing board hanging in mid air. Poor manufacturing or quality control is the cause and as cheap as these are I wouldn’t bother trying again. Stay away!
