Good small safe. Only complaint that the video instructions are so fast for setting up digital access that it requires watching numerous times.

This electronics on this safe works great. The door is thick but the top, bottom, and side panels are too thin. The paper manual is vague. However, the video is very helpful setting up security. Overall, it serves my purpose.

Works very well

This safe is perfect for us, except for one thing.... The instructions to initially open the safe were somewhat limited, but we followed them to the letter-at least 50 times-with zero luck. There is a "battery pack" mentioned, that is apparently supposed to plug into the charge port in front to allow access, is not included with the unit (perhaps it's inside?), so plugged a phone cord into it, and it allowed me to input the code, but that didn't help and safe still wouldn't budge. The keys included (set of 2) are supposed to work as well (turn key to left while turning knob to the right to open), but did not.Tried looking up the video in the link provided per instructions, but it takes me to a site to buy tickets for concerts and such, so zero help. I reached out via email, and waited about 40 hours for a response, but so far nothing. As much as we do not want to return this safe, unfortunately we have no choice. I'd like to say it was something I did wrong, but I followed everything exactly the way I should have and still no luck. Maybe you'll have better luck than we did.

Easy to get into because of the key hole. Alarms don’t work that great either.

Good price and fits a lot of stuff. Easy to set up and seems to be sturdy. Easy to put anywhere
