I've only slept on this pillow for a couple of nights, but so far, so good.> The pillow was comfortable enough, but not particularly fluffy. It comes vacuum-sealed, and was a bit flat at first, but if fluffed up over 15 minutes or so.> The pillow had a slight odor which I assume will dissipate over time.> the pillow has a small zippered opening, which I assume can be used to remove or insert contents.> The description above says "20% goose down and 80% goose feathers", while the literature that came with the pillow says "...pillow made of white goose down, duck down AND OTHER FILLINGS" which doesn't instill confidence. Whether it's another case of misrepresentation on Amazon, or just sloppiness is hard to tell without cutting it open.

These pillows arrived yesterday. I was so excited to try them… huge let down!! My mom is from Austria so I’ve been raised using down pillows. These pillows are so hard!! There may be some down in the pillows but they’re definitely not soft and squishy. I would think twice about ordering them! I’m sending mine back

These are feather filled and luxurious. They are practically perfect! For me personally, they miss the mark. For my level of comfort, I need them filled a tad more. Other than that they are perfect! I will pass these on to my daughter. I will not remove a star because of my preference. Just make sure you are not wanting a firm pillow when ordering these.

My first review was rejected because I stated that these pillows are not soft. These pillows are heavy as rocks and certainly not comfortable. I don't believe the ratings. True goose down pillows are light as a feather. These are not.

This set of 2 down pillows is standard size. I didn’t realize that these are a little bit smaller than my other pillows, which I guess are queen size. They have a nice cotton cover, and I noticed there was a zipper. When I unzipped, I discovered that there are loose feathers inside! What the heck?! Maybe the feathers should be in a separate bag inside so you don’t have feathers flying all over the place as soon as you unzip it. I really didn’t understand this feature. I might have to find a separate pillowcase to stuff the down feathers in so they don’t fly out if the zipper opens up. As for the support, I usually prefer a higher pillow, so this one is a bit too low for me. It’s not flat, like some other pillows, and seems to bounce back quickly. I think this is good for those who prefer medium height pillows. I didn’t notice too much smell so that’s another positive. Overall, this is a decent medium support pillow that is a decent quality for the price.
