Wonderful!
This is PERFECT! I can hardly handle a regular extension ladder. This is lightweight but feels very sturdy.I haven’t figured out how to attach the hooks but I haven’t really tried. It’s fine without them but I hope to figure it out soon. I rarely read instructions…perhaps that would help! It’s such a great idea, and for me, it feels like a Godsend!Reasonably priced, arrived fast, works great. Thank you!!! =)

Like the concept but hate the mechanics
I like the concept of the accordion ladder but the latch mechanism for each step and the material strength is flimsy at best. If you extend it too high, the rail start to bend and feel super weak to stand on. When it is time to lower the steps for storage, the ladder steps come crashing down on your hands as you unlatch them.It is not the US grade ladders we are to for certain.

Works but trickier than expected
I like it but it is heavier than expected and much trickier to lower. You have to continue to hold up the lock bar while lowering it which makes it a bit challenging when doing it alone. The wheels could be a bit bigger so if you are female you feel more comfortable moving it around. Overall it works and was worth keeping.

UNSAFE, WEEK DESIGN, HUGE DESIGN PROBLEMS.
I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt for a few days but I really don't know how they sell this ladder. The problems start with the design. The lower part, the first step, has a relief to prevent it from coming down when placing the foot. Well, the reality is that the relief is very small and is lowered anyway. The second problem is the insurance between each step, when placing the foot, some insurances do not work correctly and the step goes to the side, possibly causing an accident. The third problem is how weak it is when extending it. The tubes start out strong but the higher you are, the more danger you won't support the weight. In the end, for safety reasons, I have decided to return it and I hope that this information will help the company to correct the problems and future customers before buying.

The detachable hooks that are included with this ladder are a useful addition for added security. To be honest I wouldn't trust using the ladder without the hooks. They add flexibility because they can attach easily to certain objects like a gutter or rafter. You do have the option to take out the hooks and cover it with the orange plastic piece. In my opinion the best part of this ladder is the telescoping capabilities which allows it to collapse and make for convenient storage. This can be beneficial when storing in the garage when not in use or transporting in your vehicle. Telescoping ladders are simple to use and require little effort to extend and retract the ladder. It is quick to deploy because of its lightweight build and they don't require parts or complicated maneuvers like regular extension ladders do. I used this in the garage climbing up and down with totes for storage in the rafters. It was working well until one random time I was coming down the ladder and the bottom slipped out from under me. I was hanging in mid air and managed to jump down without getting hurt. Unfortunately I have been scared to use it after that, but have been very careful since. It's important to take safety in consideration when using any ladder but specifically telescoping ladders. Although it's small, portable, and lightweight offering several benefits it can also be dangerous if an angle is off. Equally as important is the requirement to make sure every level of step is in the locked position whenever climbing up. If it is not locked, it has the risk of completely shifting downwards. Collapsing the ladder down requires every step slider to be moved to the unlock position in order to come down each level. Sometimes it can get stuck and not slide down properly and being that you need two hands to slide the position to unlock can make it difficult and frustrating. Overall I think it's a handy option to have around for certain uses but I do not plan to replace my traditional ladder.

I wanted something I know would work and be safe
So far this ladder is better than I expected and again so I have nothing bad to say it is a assume product and if I have problems you’ll know but for now if you need a nice portable ladder this is yours
