When I returned home, I found it had already been burnt down, and it happened while it was charging. It kept burning in my room constantly. Many items near the depilatory product have been affected and are unusable now. I should be thankful my house is still standing...I'm very willing to trust Amazon's service; I believe they will handle this well. This isn't just a simple defect in a hair removal product; I see it as a serious safety issue. I've purchased many products, and this is the first one that caught fire! I don't recommend it.
