The best hair staightener I've ever used. Her styler is the best tool for very coarse hair. I'm Asian and the texture of my hair is very difficult to straighten. This tool is the only one that gets hot enough to do the job well. I absolutely love it and hope that they never stop producing this item. The rose gold titanium finish glides very easily through my strands and smooths them perfectly. Thank you so much.

This is my second one, but that's only because I gaved my first one two my aunt in Puerto Rico. I love that I can control the temperature. I don't require as much heat as someone with thicker hair. But works for both. I've used it for straighten and curling. I only have to pass it once per section. Not like other expensive ones that you would have to pass it multiple times just to get the hair straighten.

I had one of these like 10+ years ago that I bought at the mail at a kiosk ( yiubknkwvtge ones that try to get you to try you products and are V annoying). I have naturally curly hair and could never find anything that would give me tight curls, Chen’s that would last all day, niebonevthatveoyjdvstraighten my hair! I loved loved loved this flat iron! It died and I was so Devastated! The hunt begun and I finally found this one that is the sane brand and just fancier! You do need to be careful with the highest temperature but it is amazing!! I hope it last me 10 plus years!

This isn’t a great iron. I had one by this company years ago and loved it. Thought this was a new version of it. It doesn’t really get to the temp it says it is. I have another iron at a lower temp that will curl my hair, this one needs cranked up to highest setting. The on light is on the bottom of the iron, so you have to pick it up to see if it’s on. And it’s really tippy when placing it on the counter. I have to set it just right for it to not lay the heating plates on the counter.

Smooth plates with no breakage to my natural hair. My hair feels light and bouncy like a blow out. Heats up quickly. No residue. Best flat iron I’ve used in a long time.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves using it. She indicated that this flat iron works better than her older ceramic flat iron and that the temperature is easy to adjust (accurately) but it gets very hot, very quickly, when she needs it to. All in all, the flat iron is a hit. Oh, and she also mentioned that the width was just right for her "shorter-length" hair style.
