I had such high hopes for this product to work. It got half way through the first lift and ground to a halt. My husband weighs 193 lbs. it was supposed to support 300 lbs..Something that I found of concern it the prongs were both the same size, not one larger than the other like all appliances should be. I could not even get it to collapse down to get it properly back in the box. Thank you Amazon for taking it back. I can always buy with the knowledge that you will make it right!

Taking it out was, it easy enough to assemble. Worked fine until I sat on it. It's supposed to work for weight up to 300. I'm at 212 and it wouldn't lift me to stand up. Under weight, it will not function properly. As I bought this for my mom who has mobility issues, it was disappointing to have to return it.

I bought this seat for my mom cuz she had a knee surgery and been having a hard time trying to stand from the couchI bought it and shipped to Nigeria and then to lebanon to my mother it arrived there she installed it and the seat couldn’t lift there it only goes up 5 cm and then starts making noises and squeakingIt doesn’t do the job at all though I chose the most expensive one

This product is very poorly built, very noisy barley lifts my mom she’s 136 pounds the on and off lever is very short! I’d have to say by looking at the box it’s refurbished! We were so excited but can’t use it.
