Pros:1. The function. Does great job increasing ketones levels and energy, I constantly test and keyto never failed me. Got to say, I love B12 in the formula!2. The taste. It’s just fine, I list it under pros because all bhb salts have that very specific taste and this product realistically does great comparing to some others I’ve tried. It’s not too sweet and I’d even call it refreshing. I cannot imagine how sensitive one has to be to say the taste is horrible or intolerable. It’s totally fine, maybe takes some getting used to for those who never tasted bhb salts before.3. The price. It’s cheaper than most, so I’ll put it as a pro.Cons:Mixing this product with water – that’s only if you like using it with water. As a tip, use the shaker, don’t stir it in the glass, and do not mix it with warm or hot water - it won’t mix well. Use cold or room temperature water and it will mix great, may just leave some tiny pieces on the surface, but like the taste, I believe it’s a common issue with most bhb salts, at least from my experience. I like mixing mine with shakes, so it’s not a concern for me at all.

Taste is ok, i can get it down w out issue like some claim. Its not a milk shake, its a supplement. This is day 1 using it, time will tell if all the claims about losing weight its BS or legit. Sometimes the makers write their own reviews????Ok, so after using all this product i will update w my results. Mine may not be like yours. I actually like the taste of it! It took a couple days but I enjoyed it from then on. The results from taking it: nothing to speak of! Keto strips showed i was in ketoses, i lost 6 lbs while taking this. I believe that to be from diet and exercise not this stuff. No other changes to my body. My conclusion is dont waste $50 on this. Just eat a keto meal plan. $50 will buy a few pounds of chicken and youll get more from it.

This stuff works. I had a 0.3 mmol reading in the AM and after taking it, my ketones rose to 0.8 mmol an hour later. I tried it the next day with MCT oil and this time the increase was 0.8 mmol in an hour! The only criticism(s) (and i'm probably nitpicking) i have are price (yes it's cheaper than alot of other BHBs out there but still 50 bucks for a half month supplement is still expensive) and the grams per scoop (14.82g). In practice I found i had to get a heaping scoop to get a net weight of 14.82g. It's messy when scooping into your shaker (bigger scoop spoon would help?) but also it makes you think whether are there really 17 heaping scoops in the jar? Other than that, the product tastes really good!

Tastes verrrry similar to Perfect Keto Peaches & Cream. This may be just a tiny bit more bitter, maybe, but not enough to impact the overall flavor. It actually tastes pretty nice. I imagine it may be too tart if you're accustomed to sugary drinks and bakery sweets, but it doesn't taste bad by any measure. It reminds me of Tang, but with a more acidic tartness and less gag-me-sugariness. I'm not drinking it for the taste though. I used a half scoop in almond milk with part of a scoop of Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen powder. It did help with the shakes from fasting the day before (Collagen shake alone doesn't do that for me) and my head was clearer. I had much better stamina. It held me over til I went out to dinner... no crash. I just felt better in general... starting about 30-40 mins after I drank it. It really seemed to reduce cravings in the evening too..

This is my first time trying a BHB supplement. I follow a ketogenic diet but I was interested in a supplement that would raise my ketone levels. This does the trick! I feel like I'm able to think more clearly and I'm not constantly hungry. I haven't taken it before a workout yet so I don't know if it helps with endurance. This will be my next test. The only downside is that a container with more servings is not available. I recommend this product if you follow a keto diet.

This did not come with a scoop. I wasn’t impressed with the flavor. It was more orange than anything. I won’t be purchasing more. I may not even drink the rest of this. Didn’t curve any appetite either

I just started my keto diet and I bought Keyto exogeneous ketones to help me with keto flu before my body fully adapts to ketosis. I picked this product mainly because of the ingredients – bhb salts in most products are the same, but Keyto uses goBHB patented complex which in my opinion could be considered a quality mark. I am also a big fan of vitamin b12, it’s great for energy, mood, etc. Keyto already has b12 in the formula and I think it greatly compliments the whole purpose behind taking exogenous ketones. I’ve been using it for around two weeks now, I take one scoop in the morning, another one after lunch and it seems to work great for me, raising my ketones levels really fast.

This product was a bit harder on my gut than others but once I took it a few times, it improved. It is super helpful in getting through a 24 hour + fast. I usually will take one scoop halfway through the day and it prevents any hunger pangs. Also great for a fasted 90 minute hotbyoga class. Definitely keeps me focused and energized.
