No issues here. I gets plenty hot and did give me relief for my neck pain.I like the timer feature that I can use while sleeping. overall I am happy with thisproduct. It is soft and has gives no chemicle smell that many products have these days.

I’ve purchased numerous heating pads for vertebrae issues in my neck. I’ve been frustrated by lack of heat and even blistered by some previously (looking at you Sunbeam). This pad, by far exceeds any other. Various heat settings are a plus, and yes, it really gets hot enough. A selection of timers and an on/off setting is a plus, as well. Snap placements give a custom fit. The fabric is soft, and the fact that it’s weighted makes all the difference. I can not comment on longevity, as I’ve had it only a week. But, due to this superior design, I would happily buy repeatedly.

Bought this for my wife who’s generally cold while watching TV. She does use it, and she says it keeps her warm as well. Her only complaint is that it is a little bit stiff and resists conforming to the shape of her body. Otherwise it does the job.

Perfect for neck and shoulders . Just put over your shoulders and snap . No need to hold it . I used it at my desk while I was working and it was very convenient . Stays in place and has different heat levels and a timer . Timer is great if you fall asleep using it in bed . It seems pretty versatile as you can use it on other parts of your body as well . I would definitely recommend .

For a weighted wrap, I was expecting it to be heavier. However, I do like the controller and it gives off heat very well.
