Strong and effective
Love these bands. First set of fabric bands. So far I've only used the light and medium. I definitely recommend them and definitely join Lindywell for online Pilates. I've been a member 7 years and love it!

I should have known these bands were going to be high quality. My only regret is not buying them sooner. There are 3 sizes and they are marked on each one so no more having to remember which color is what strength. They fit well and stay in place. No rolling or curling up or slipping down. They are totally worth the price!

Strong band!
Although I wish it was a little longer (I'm tall), I love how strong this band is. I also love anything Lindywell, so it's another great item added to my collection!
