Been using these insoles for a few months. At first they were a bit uncomfortable, but I (my feet) soon got used to them. I do feel that they are supportive and worth the money.An easy straight forward transaction. Item as described. Nice and quick delivery. All good : )

Unfortunately although these aren't uncomfortable and provide cushioning support, they don't make my PF any more bearable. Having said that, neither do the Dr Scholl ones, so if you have had relief from those, you may well from these. Regardless of comfort though, I don't find these to have any real arch support.

I’ve been to see a podiatrist, my doctor, a specialist at a private hospital - and they’ve all given me insoles that have been really painful and not worked until I’ve worn them out.These are a Godsend. I’ve done 8 10k walks in the past two weeks with zero pain. Normally, after about 6-7k I’m getting a sharp pain in the arch of my foot, but these have fixed it overnight.Getting another pair immediately.Genuinely astonished.I use them in a pair of size 11 Nike React Infinity Run flyknits and the size given fit perfectly.

I have had these insoles for a couple of weeks now and they are brilliant they shift your weight from your heels to your instep and the pain has gone.

When first put on before shift starts really comfy but after a few hrs makes the arch of my foot ache

The arch needs to be more rigid, or leas3have another design come out to be more supportive. I found Currex has a version that sorta meets my need with a metatarsal
