The knives are dull and won't cut anything and they tell me I can't return it. How can I know if they are dull without using the knives? :D is it a joke...

Wonderful blade! Be sure that you're right handed, though. Otherwise, it's an expensive butchers knife.

good stainless steel
Won't get as sharp as a carbon steel knife, but it's a good stainless steel knife for the price. A lot of people have mentioned the handle is slippery when wet, but it just takes some getting used to.
