This is one of my favorite soups. It is hearty and flavorful without being spicy. There is plenty of pasta and meatballs in it so it is very filling. Perfect for lunchtime at work.

Very tasty
My husband has Alzheimer’s and Dementia and has difficulty eating . This soup has enough protein and pasta that he can feed himself. He enjoys eating it and I feel good that he is getting some nutrition.
