Love the design,feel and color of the case, I purchased the pink one, however I have to agree with the previous review. The screen protector bubbles up and does not fit seamlessly like it's supposed to, which is quite distracting. I mainly use my tablet for reading and gaming which is not going to work with a protector that has bubbles in it. I have had a case exactly like this for my older kindle which I loved and is why I ordered another but the quality just wasn't there this time, so unfortunately I have initiated a return

The media could not be loaded.  Wanted a rugged case for the family's (mostly kids) new tablet. This was the only rugged case for this tablet available at the time of writing this review. Installed new case today and there seems to be like a wave or bulge in the screen protector due to it being on the flimsy side. Kids don't seem to mind but I'm not a fan of the screen protector other than that I think the case will at least protect against potential drops from the kiddos until maybe a better case becomes available

I have purchased rugged cases from this company in the past and have been happy with my purchase. I recently purchased the new rugged cover for my new kindle fire max 11,this case is flimsy and the stand doesn't rotate as it did in the past. Cheaply made. I will return this case.After I posted this review,the seller contacted me and offered me a full refund,I had already returned the product but appreciated the offer. This is great customer service !
