I get to keep both cup holders, and the gooseneck thing is really sturdy so once you have it set the way you like it, you don't have to think about it again. I have no idea HOW this works, but all you do is literally turn the "cupholder" part until it gets tight. (I tossed out the three "wedges" which I suppose are for bigger cupholders). That's it!Extra bonus for the easy to release buttons where you'd expect them on the phone holder. And I can get the power cord to the phone easily: these people designed this well. I was about to give up on having a phone holder, but this package came in and I returned all the other garbage to Amazon's primary competitor. (That super-store doesn't have anything like this at all.)

Purchased for use in our Class C RV. So far it holds steady in the cup holder over rough roads; and this cup holder holds a larger cup than the Ford's holder!

I did not know if I was going to like this. The only reason purchased no sticky ring! The cup portion is adjustable. It is very secure. Not “top” heavy. I recommend and 2 👍🏼 on quality, does what it says and sturdy

It is a good phone holder. The cup holder works well. I use it a lot. The arm is a bit long and let’s the phone shake a little, but It is Better than most though.

I am very happy with this, and that is rare. I am usually super picky, but this; no complaints.
