Bright and easy to install
I ordered this light because I had a rafter beam right where the removal of the old light was and where the recessed can light was going to go. Since there was no attic space I had to get a flush mount light. This light fit the bill for what I needed, it is very thin and very bright. The installation is quite easy, after removing the old light which had a shallow electrical box (1/2" deep) I attached the mounting brace with the 2 screws provided, put the wires together with the provided wire nuts and attached the light. It really is that easy.

Still Works like a champ after 2 years!
About the best light for our location - a high traffic hallway. This replaced an old fixture that gave off minimal light, but seemed to always require a new light bulbs.The dimmer ability of this ceiling fixture was what I liked best for the busy hallway; it has the ability to light up every corner or to shine softly. The LED lights save energy and it is easy to clean.
