I initially filed a question on how to import waypoints from a previous GPS any company should provide this. But there is no product name with wich I could browse the web for information. No support number or website. Now I try to use this. I was a programmer and application engineer for 30 years. I live in Tucson Arizona. I try to find a business with no luck. I key in my home address and the GPS can not find the street. I try to select by map location. The map is nice and detailed and I find my street easily. I drive to the grocery store and try using the destination I saved on the map. No luck with crazy directions. Well I know the way home when I get to the location it shows I arrived. The hardware is very good but QA dropped the ball. At least in Tucson AZ. Man 1 post instructions on updating DBase. allow importing of existing gps locations. Man I need to get my refund, 100 bucks and buy a garmin

Typical instructions written by a non-English speaker, i.e., nearly impossible to understand. The few times I tried to use the directions were useless. When I got home from the trip I bought it for, it went straight to the trash.

It took a while, but after get the map calibrated to my location everything worked fine and smooth. Comes with many apps like an indash and bright loud. The charger does need to be plugged in constantly though, when you want to use!The accuracy for what/where i press is highly accurate and has no problem pinning any location in my city. For the price and life time updates I would recommend this to anyone!

There are many places where my phone has no signal, like some of national parks.This GPS clearly and correctly guides you in the direction and reminders current road speed limit. It contains sunshade which is need. The best is that there are MP3 and games which make out trip better memories.

this one has a very clean look. slim and light. the device graphics are sharp and very clear. I was surprised about the features, updated maps. settings, on-road navigation, modifying routes, alternate derections, really like it.

This gps looks like it could cost much more than it does, materials feel nice, it’s easy to set up and easy to use. The display is nice and bright if you want it to be.

This is the worst navigation I have ever used, this GPS took me to the wrong place twice. It has seriously affected my travels, don't buy it! It is horrible! It's almost unimaginable what worse things could happen if I continue to use it.
