Very good product, simple assembly

I am a licensed aesthetician for over 25 years. I’ve had steamers last for years without any problems BUT this one stopped worked by after only 67 days.I called Amazon and they said I have no options for a replacement or refund since it was out of the 60 day window. I asked it the seller has some warranty on the product and they said, “Amazon will s the seller and there is no warranty outside warranty the 60 day period. Most facial steamers come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. If f Amazon is the manufacturer, it’s 60 days which they don’t say in their advertisement.$100 cost for 2 months of use. Very disappointing. I won’t buy any other aesthetic equipment from Amazon.You’ve been warned. .

I adore this steamer. I originally ordered a smaller tabletop steamer, but upon realizing there was no way to remove the water tank to clean it, I got worried about what might grow inside. I searched long and hard and found this one. I use it several times a week. The nozzle rotates and the steam is strong.

This works great. Takes some time to heat up, and it spurts water—which is surprising and a little uncomfortable—but it’s so refreshing.

Love it! Make sure you follow instructions when it says use Distilled water and DO NOT ADD ESSENTIAL OILS!!! I found a video where a lady placed a q-tip with essential oils on it in a small a lot near where the steam comes out and this works perfectly fine. Been having it for a month and I’m loving it!

Easy to use. Delivers even steam and doesn’t beep too much. Adjustable height and cleans with ease.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this steamer in December & it has stopped working it’s the beginning of April. It worked for 3 months and in March it started to randomly turn off now in April it won’t turn on at all. Highly disappointed. I’m an esthetician & have has steamers that have lasted years. DO NOT PURCHASE

Receive a faulty equipment, and return to amazon at drop point. Amazon did not issue refund and give a fault to carrier. Saying that carrier did not scan item. They do not care. Be careful, they are not that good as in USA.

Hi I am about to open my Salon and was needing this Steamer to be ready and working and apparently the steamer is of 110volts and not suitable for Australia being 230volt our Electrician stated this is not to be used in Australia .

Shakes a lot. Its sketchy. Also the jar is very hard to secure so be careful and make sure you actually fully turn and lock it.
