Georgeous looking globe - expected it to be a tad more weighty, especially for the price, and with a foam or non-slip base at least. For something marketed as a 'lamp' it should be more sturdy and not slide across a table...Still, it is very beautiful looking. Just a little lacking in build quality.

Absolutely stunning, and colour is lovely whether lit or not
Absolutely stunning, and colour is lovely whether lit or not. Bought as a Xmas present for my Son’s bedroom, he is quite into geography and loves it too. Very tempted to get another 1 for downstairs too. Price seems pretty decent value for such a nice decorative item which is also such a nice light.
