Good Pair of Boots
Dr. Martens 1460 Originals 8 Eye Lace Up Boot, Black Smooth Leather, 7 F(M) UK / 9 B(M) US Women / 8 D(M) US Men I did a month's worth of research before ordering my first pair of Dr Martens,cautiously optimistic I ordered them online ,a few days later I was pleasantly supprised. The boots feel really good,they're comfortable to wear and you can actually feel the "Bouncing Soles" that Dr Martens prides themselves on.The smooth leather looks really good and feels durable,the laces are soft and thick,probably won't last too long and the yellow stitching looks great,it's more subtle than I expected it to be,it doesn't stand out too much.The numerous reviews I read on the boots advised me to size down by one size,I wear US 9 sneakers and I sized down to US 8 for the boots and my foot fits well,the boot hugs the foot completely and the insole provides great support for the arch,should be a joy to wear for hours on end,AFTER I break them in.Out of the box I can't wear them for over an hour,they get uncomfortable and it starts to hurt.The problem area for me was on the top of my foot just under the laces,but it should get better after I break them in.The soles are made of this rubber material that I doubt is durable,the tread isn't deep either and the sole is going to wear out in no time,this in fact is my biggest complaint about the boot.Overall I'm happy with my first pair of Docs,I'm already considering spending my money on a more durable pair Made in England 1460'sit's a good boot,expensive but good,

Boots are comfortable and fit as expected
These Doc Martens are some of the most comfortable boots I've weared they come with bouncing soles which help so its extra comfy. If you happen to get leather ones like me be careful because it can get damaged other than that they're great!
